You can delete a great many things in there, but they ALL do things. You need to know what you intend to use, and what you don't. Location Free player, web browser, license utility, remote play utility, jap fonts, GB fonts, audio and video codecs and plugins, usb cam plugins, gps plugins - all can be removed. Hell, you can even remove the game plugins on the thing. Long and short is, DON'T DELETE ANYTHING unless someone you trust FOR A GOOD REASON says you can. And nobody will tell you what to delete until they know what you're not gonna be using....

One thing almost anyone can remove is the update_plugin.prx and update_plugin.rco files - they handle Network Update, which you should never use. Then the icon in the XMB will just click at you and not do anything - personally I replaced it with a reboot PRX, and renamed the text. I also deleted the camera, license, and remote play plugin files and resources. (camera_plugin.*, license_plugin.*, premo_plugin.*) Then I edited the topmenu RCO to list "Disabled" instead of their titles. I also put a homebrew launcher on Remote Play, made it run PimpStreamer...
