I'm not Buying or plainning to Buy a ps3... so... now that the psx emu is only for the intrapment of a $700 paperweight... well... that is dumb...
I'm keeping my 2.80 PSP til Downgrader comes out the it is 2.71SE for me ^_^

Anyways they only reason i'd update is for Oblivion... so... 3.0 is not of any interest to me anymore...

3.0 is twice as good as 1.5, but the major difference is that 3.0 isn't gay like 1.5 and its users. I will update when it is released in North America, its good that devhook is dead so 3.0 emulation may not happen :).
