To install -
**NOTE** While I (and many others) have flashed their PSPs many times, we can not be held responsible for bricked PSPs of others following these directions. **PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK**
Download and open the file. Connect your PSP to your computer via USB cable. Load up the recovery menu (coldboot, just pull out and put back in the battery and hold R when you turn on your psp). Go to advance, and then 'Toggle USB (flash0)'. Your computer will pick up the new 'Removable Drive' which is the flash0 folder. Copy the system_plugin.rco (its rco, not rfo, must be a typo) to 'removable drivevshresource'. On your PSP, toggle the USB for flash0 off, reboot and done.
**NOTE**Its a good idea to back up your flash files to your computer before you overwrite anything so that you can just copy them back over using recovery menu if you get a partial brick.
