For the last year, I have become great friends with someone who is an absolutely important aspect to the GTA community. He was the brains and mind behind Cheatsync.net and is known worldwide for that, and so much more. In honor of all of his hard work, and as a thank you for Cheatsync, I decided to do an interview with him, that will showcase the real ADePSP. After only a couple days after realeasing the wonderful 2.1 Cheat Device for Vice City Stories, Edison Carter realeased a patch on his program. Here is what is on the Cheat Device Website:

You need to run VCS through DevHook to use this. Look http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?act=ST&f=222&t=260120  for more info on that. You can install the PRX by running the installer, or read the instructions in readme.txt if you prefer to do it by hand.

IMPORTANT NOTE: After installing, wait at least 30 seconds before turning off USB or pulling out your memory stick. The PC caches your changes and doesn't write them out until a while later. If your memory card gets corrupt, use chkdsk /f X:

I advise against saving your game after using cheats. Please note that when you spawn vehicles, you are using a game cheat that will lower your criminal rating!

There's a pretty good list of teleport locations now. It really makes getting to the missions easier if you've decided that making your own trip-skips isn't cheating.

Now that the new CheatDevice for Vice City Stories is out, the CheatSync service is providing some codes for it. There are only a few now, with more on the CheatSync site's forums, but we can expect more soon.  Among the current codes are teleporters to certain vehicles (jetskis, speedboats, etc.), clothing modifiers, garage vehicle modifiers, infinite breath, and more.  Until CheatSync is updated, new codes will appear on the forums.  Hopefully we'll soon see utilities like Pimp My Garage working for Vice City Stories.  In the meantime, these codes are plenty of fun.
