Dystopia is a half life 2 total modification set in a cyberpunk setting. The team has been working on it for over 3 years and it shows. There are two types of interaction a real world and a cyberspace environment where you can play a hacker and hack into the gibson.

This is version 1.0, nealy everything has changed.




There are 12 different weapons ranging from :

* Basilisk - Close to a heavy shotgun
* Laser Sniper Rifle - Obvious sniper choice
* Boltgun - Heavy damage but 3 round clip, projectile goes slower than most bullets so lead your target
* Shotgun - regular fire and double barrel fire
* Assault Rifle - standard automatic rifle
* Grenade Launcher - it launches grenades and stuff
* MK808 Semi Auto Rifle - big rifle that deals some good damage, but you gotta lead your target a bit
* Ion Cannon - Beefed up sniper rifle
* Rocket Launcher - mega reload time, but great damage.
* Minigun - Secondary fire is held down to keep the mini gun ready to fire at all times


There are 14 different implants to modify your player:

* Superconductor Capacitor Storage - Adds 25 energy
* Wierd Reflexes - This helps with speed of weapon reload and weapon switch time
* IFF Info - Adds additional information about enemies during battle like life and armor
* Enhanced Cyberdeck - This cyberdeck allows you the use of other programs inside cyberspace such as ICE breakers.
* Coldsuit - This make you invisible to others using thermal vision
* Cortex Bomb - This is a suicide option when your life drops below 25 hp
* CyberDeck - This lets you tap into the cyberspace of dystopia
* Sound Wave Triangulator - Detects nearby enemies sound from movement and gun sounds and displays on the HUD
* TAC Scanner - This can detect wither or not someone is a friend or foe and desplay it on your HUD
* Thermal Vision - Detects heat from other players like predators heat vision
* Leg Boosters - This makes you run faster and jump higher
* MediPlant - This heals your teammates when your close to them and yourself when your damaged
* Sound Suppressor - Makes your movement silent and weapons silent as well
* Stealth Suit - active camouflage for stealth

If your like me i have struggled with a fps with xna. I can get a slow slow slow 3rd person working but nothing more. Here are some Quotes from the creator Bacon.

So begins the long path to create a FPS engine for the XNA.
As you should already know, the "Banshee Trix" game will evolve into a simple physics engine which will become "Chaos", the engine for Entropy. Chaos, Entropy, makes perfect sense doesn't it? (Chaos is the state of High Entropy)
I will be logging my progress on the forums, so keep checking by. If you know anything about physics, such as formulas for movement and stuff, you are encouraged to talk to me. I won't even be taking Phyiscs until next year, so I'm working off of simple gravity and deflection. -Bacon

Well, I fixed the bouncing, now the banshee reflects perfectly off of the surface it hits.
I also attached the camera to teh back of the shee, much like how it looks in Halo (I even add the reticle)
Holding the left shoulder button displays the original camera, which can still be moved normally.

Well...here it is..this released has everything upgraded..i added new textures I added some decals if ur computer can suport it..this multiplayer goes up to 4 player.I will be making some single player games soon..however this release also has custom backgrounds and in-game music.Check it out,its very entertaining lol.I will post videos nest time for each release to show everyone how good it is so you could have an example if you like it or not, comments would be appreciated Thnkx!. OK.So I have created a simple Fps game for windows using the famous easy to use FPS Creator.Unfortunatly rite now i have only created a multiplayer online for it.It goes up to 4 player per room,im planning to port this to the psp very soon for Ad-Hoc and Infrastructure modes.It currently has only 1 level for online, I'll be stating more updates on it soon.For now my team thats working on it is only of 2 people: The Great IronMaiden and myself....if u want to join to help then just contact me through Msn or Email me.This project WILL get updates soon, for now it will be for windows until i get enough members to help me out porting it to the psp.The file is 34.87mb for download.
