How to use the cheats:

Press up on your D-Pad to display your cell phone, and then press up again. From there, enter the codes you see in the video and call the number. If done correctly, it should say "Cheat activated" in the top left hand corner.

The release date for GTA IV has been pushed back to April 2008.

Take-Two is reducing its fiscal 2007 guidance primarily to reflect the movement of the launch of Grand Theft Auto IV for the PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system and the Xbox 360? video game and entertainment system from the fourth quarter of fiscal 2007 to fiscal 2008, due to additional development time required to complete the title. The title is now planned for release in the Company?s second quarter of fiscal 2008.

Why, you ask?

well all u hav to do is a simple umd swap i usedthe gta lcs umd and it works with the original demo umd also (u can use any umd)
all u do is put the umd go to game press x and wen psp comes up quickly put vice city stories in and it should work
i made the stupid mistake of updating to 2.80 and i am not updating it cause ther mite be a devhookor downgrader for it

After only a couple days after realeasing the wonderful 2.1 Cheat Device for Vice City Stories, Edison Carter realeased a patch on his program. Here is what is on the Cheat Device Website:

You need to run VCS through DevHook to use this. Look http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?act=ST&f=222&t=260120  for more info on that. You can install the PRX by running the installer, or read the instructions in readme.txt if you prefer to do it by hand.

IMPORTANT NOTE: After installing, wait at least 30 seconds before turning off USB or pulling out your memory stick. The PC caches your changes and doesn't write them out until a while later. If your memory card gets corrupt, use chkdsk /f X:

I advise against saving your game after using cheats. Please note that when you spawn vehicles, you are using a game cheat that will lower your criminal rating!
